Specializing in large structural design, SynTechnics engineers have successfully developed innovative Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) systems for the railroad, marine, and wastewater treatment industries. With an eye toward the future, SynTechnics continues to explore new applications for its fiberglass products.

SynTechnics manufactures female molded FRP Environmental Covering Systems (ECS) including Domes up to 132’ clear span, Arches up to 90’ clear span, and Flat Covers up to 50’ clear span. More than 500 cover systems have been installed around the world.

SynTechnics manufactures FRP Track Collector Pan (TCP) Systems for corrosive materials including fuels, acids, bases, solvents, etc. There are more than 30 miles of SynTechnics Track Collector Pan Systems installed at locations around the world. Track Collector Pan Systems can be manufactured to fit in switch areas and in tracks with up to 21° of curvature.

SynTechnics has ECS and/or TCP projects installed in all 50 United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, and Asia.

SynTechnics also manufactures Barge Covers for use on the inland river system and for ocean going applications.
